Each of us has a built in guidance system. When we are out of alignment with our True Loving Nature, we experience stress; the signal that we are going the "wrong" way. When we are not in touch with our values, and many of us have not spent any time determining what they are, we make decisions that oppose our peace and our happiness.
This is why it is so imperative we begin to decide for our peace and our well being and make choices that are nurturing and life giving; in our business dealings and in all our relationships. And the key component for successfully maintaining our equanimity and our integrity is to be fully in touch with our Spirit Which is our guiding light, our very Self and our happiness.
As a Spiritual teacher, it is my purpose to help people get in touch with their values and gain clarity about their True Life Purpose, not according to the world's view but to our Soul's view; our Creator's view. Every form in life is meant to serve the Content of life which we are and when we are out of alignment, we serve the form instead, becoming slaves to illusory needs and goals which culminates in stress.
